Hi everyone. My name is Jack, and I’m a Grade 12 student at Singapore American School. I joined MUN in my freshman year, and since then, I’ve attended 15 conferences, with UWCSEA XIV being my 6th in a court committee. Since I first started MUN, I’ve felt the amount of growth as both a person and a delegate throughout the past few years, especially when it came to finding new friends and learning public speaking. Over this period of time, I found my passion lies closest within the court committees, and, having served as a chair nearly half a dozen times in ICJ since then, I’m honored to serve as your ICJ President at UWCSEA XIV, where we’ll be hearing the 2003 Iran v. U.S. case.

Hi everyone! I'm Aitreya, a Grade 11 student turning 17 this October. I started MUN expecting a fun extracurricular and somehow ended up voluntarily reading international law in my free time. Since then, MUN has become one of my biggest passions, introducing me to incredible people, unforgettable conferences, and a concerning number of weekends spent debating global issues. This will be my second time chairing the ICJ, and I'm so excited to be back in a committee where every word matters and every argument can change the course of the case. I hope this conference challenges you, pushes you to think creatively, and gives you plenty of moments you'll look back on long after the closing ceremony.
