Hi everyone! I’m Janice, and I’m excited to be one of your chairs for this conference. MUN has been a significant part of my life for the past few years, and this will be my 21st MUN conference. MUN has made me more confident and open-minded, while giving me a space to explore my interest in international relations and meet people with perspectives different from my own.

I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone and hearing the different perspectives you bring to the committee. I hope we can create an engaging and welcoming environment, and that you all have an enjoyable and memorable conference!

Hi, my name is Angad, and I am a Grade 10 student at UWCSEA East. I joined MUN five years ago, and like some of you, I felt nervous too about stepping into my first conference. Now, I have participated in over 8 conferences, which has helped me grow to be a confident speaker and a valuable delegate in committee. In the current day,  climate driven diseases and pharmaceuticals  have become relevant and important issues, where delegates must use resolution and cooperation skills to address them. I hope to create a safe space where delegates, regardless of their background, can enjoy debate and foster decorum. I am honoured to serve as your Deputy Chair, and look forward to seeing the constructive and fruitful debate during the conference!
