Deputy Chair: Humza Kakakhel
Hello everyone. My name is Humza Kakakhel and I am a Grade 10 student at UWC East. I have done MUN for two years now and have really enjoyed it. It has helped me build some speaking skills and more knowledge of world affairs. I am looking forward to our committee (UNODC) where I will be your Deputy chair.
If you have any concerns, feel free to email me at [email protected]. See you all in January! |
Head Chair: Mikayla Young
Hi everyone, I am Mikayla, a Grade 10 student at UWCSEA East, and I joined MUN in Grade 8. Through MUN, I have learned to see the world beyond my own perspectives; essentially, it has taught me that diplomacy goes beyond negotiation, it also calls for understanding. It’s this spirit of open-mindedness and cooperation that I hope each of you carries into this conference, whether it be your first or one of many. I’m honoured to serve as your Head Chair, and I can’t wait to hear your brilliant thoughts and ideas.

Deputy Chair: Armaan Sarpal
Hello everyone! I am Armaan and I will be a deputy chair for UNODC for this conference. I am currently studying at UWCSEA East and am in Grade 9 at the moment. I have been doing MUN for 3 years now as I started when I was in Grade 7. This will be my 7th conference overall and my first conference as a chair. I started doing MUN just to see what it was and I didn’t realise how much I would enjoy it. MUN is enjoyable for me because it is a great way to improve your skills and also a way to meet new people! I’m looking forward to being your deputy chair for UNODC at this conference!
