Deputy Chair: Caleb O’Malley
Hello Delegates! I am one of the two Deputy Chairs for the SPECPOL committee. My name is Caleb, I am currently 15, and I attend school at Ruamrudee International School, in Bangkok Thailand! MUN has played a major role in my leadership, confidence, public speaking, and overall knowledge of current global events. Additionally, MUN has opened my perspective on these conflicts, and led me to brainstorm solutions to these problems. That is the goal of MUN, and hopefully we will achieve this goal in SpecPol. This conference will be my first time chairing, besides MOC-MUN and 9th MUN conference. Head Chair: Shaurya Ambedkar
Hello everyone, my name is Shaurya, and I’m a Grade 10 student at UWCSEA East. I first joined MUN 5 years ago, and since then, I’ve attended 19 conferences; this being my 6th time chairing. Throughout my MUN journey, I have had the chance to explore numerous committees and work with other delegates to make decisive and constructive resolutions. However, more than that, MUN has taught me the art of compromise and negotiation, a skill that is crucial in more than just conferences, but in real life. That being said, I’m honoured to serve as your SPECPOL Head Chair at MSMUN@UWCSEA X and hope that as delegates, you innovate and develop solutions to some of the world’s very real political and social issues in an enjoyable way.

Deputy Chair: Prytdanai (Pryt) Pawa
Hey everyone, My name is Pryt and I am in grade 9. This is my 4th year in MUN and I have been to 9 conferences. MUN has helped me in various ways like being more confident about myself, public speaking and more. Some of my hobbies include watching shows for fun, hanging out with friends and playing sports like hockey and volleyball. This is also my first time chairing which makes me really excited to be your Deputy Chair as well! I am also looking forward to meeting you all and hope that this conference will be fun and entertaining for all of us.
