Deputy Chair: SaraHi everyone! I’m Sara, and I’m a Grade 9 student in UWCSEA East. Having done over 6 MUN conferences, I have grown to be incredibly passionate about MUN as a whole. One of the best parts of being a delegate is conferences, and I am honoured to be able to deputy chair and contribute to one of your conference experiences. The Arab League is one of the most influential committees in the UN. I am super excited to hear the debates and resolutions you guys put forward.

Head Chair: Mikayla YoungHi everyone, I am Mikayla, a Grade 10 student at UWCSEA East, and I joined MUN in Grade 8. Through MUN, I have learned to see the world beyond my own perspectives; essentially it has taught me that diplomacy goes beyond negotiation, it also calls for understanding. It’s this spirit of open-mindedness and cooperation that I hope each of you carries into this conference, whether it be your first or one of many. I’m honoured to serve as your Head Chair, and I can’t wait to hear your brilliant thoughts and ideas.

Deputy Chair: Siyona ChiranewalHi all! My name is Siyona, and I’m a Grade 9 student at UWCSEA East. I joined MUN in Grade 6, and I’ve always loved to debate, write resolutions and come up with ideas for a better future. The issues the Arab Regions are facing are truly no joke and I’m delighted to get the opportunity to find some solutions together! I’m thrilled about the committee this year, and hope we can make many good memories this conference. I look forward to working with you all and serving as Deputy Chair!
