Chairs
Deputy Chair: Ingunbilegt Nandinzurkh
Yo! My name is Ingun, I am a 12th grader at UWCSEA Dover Campus in Singapore and I am thrilled to be chairing at EASTMUN. I’ve been to 3 MUN conferences and this is my first time chairing. What I enjoy most about MUN is meeting new people and socializing, therefore I cannot wait for this opportunity to build new friendships and also see familiar faces. I love how MUN enables us to shed light on global issues and collectively create solutions to real world problems using a plethora of unique perspectives. I am eager to witness productive debate from all delegates of the COP-29 Committee. |
Head Chair: Vahein Patnaik
Hello! My name is Vahein Patnaik, I am a 12th grade student studying at Overseas Family School in Singapore. I am looking forward to being a chair in the COP-29 committee in what will be my last conference doing so. I started MUN in grade 4 and since grade 6, I have attended 15 conferences. Throughout my 8 years in MUN, I have learnt that MUN is about meeting new people and making new connections as much as it is about discussing and shedding light on important global issues and worldwide affairs that take place everyday. I look forward to constructive debate from the delegates of COP-29! |
Deputy Chair: Myrah Rawal
Hi everyone! My name is Myrah, I’m a 9th grade student at Tanglin Trust School in Singapore, and I’m honoured to be a chair for the COP-29 committee. I started my MUN journey in grade 5 and this is my first time chairing a committee, so I really look forward to seeing all the productive debate and conversations as well as meeting all of the delegates. I hope to make this a great experience for all those involved, and most importantly hope to have an amazing time. MUN has been an amazing experience for me, teaching me about global affairs, international relations, and constructive dialogue. I hope this conference reflects all of these, and I look forward to seeing you all there! |
